Melinda M. Carroll
Melinda M. Carroll has been a resident of East Texas for 35 years. Ms. Carroll has a Civil Engineering Degree and has been employed by the Law Firm of Bobby D. Mims, P.C., since 1996. During her employment she has participated in 16 Capital Murder defenses and has participated in the trials of many state and federal felony criminal cases.
Her trial experience has also included the participation in the selection of many juries on behalf of criminal defendants.
